Sunday, September 18, 2005 - The perfect diet and exercise

Tunnocks bloody caramel wafers! These evil little biccies were first made in 1890,  made in Scotland, and I can't stop eating them.

  The local British import store which is only 3 blocks from our house sells them. I just picked up two packets of 4 on Friday, and only have 1 biscuit left. I was going to buy four packets but after consulting with Elina and asking " Should I, do you think I will eat them all"  she just gave me a silent knowing look in return. 

 The label proudly exclaims that Tunnocks makes and sells 4,000,000 of these biscuit treats a week, that's approaching a quarter of a billion a year!.......... cue Roy Castle and his trumpet. Why and how do they make the little buggers so deliciously chewy and tastey??

Played football as usual today, I tend to get a little overheated and verbal  when my team-mates give the ball away. I had a running disagreement with Guy who is from the Ivory Coast today. I have to learn to calm down as I'm sure it pisses people off.  I did score 2 goals though, which pretty much tells you the level of the people I play with. All in all it's a general footie day as I am just about to watch the Man. City V Bolton game I taped earlier. Not a big fan of Man.City but I do like what Stuart  ' Pyscho' Pearce has done with them.

My favorite player's name this season is Fulham's Bouba Diop, it sounds like a dance or something. I'm jokingly threatening to name our new baby son Bouba Diop when he arrives, much to Elina's concern.
