HELP!!!electrician needs to get into oz.....FAST.......

hi everyone, could some one please tell me the quickest way to get into oz?me and my partner are hoping to get to Brisbane, i,ve been a sparky for 20years got all my 16th ed 236 1 + 2 approved etc.got an agent involved but seems to be getting nowhere.i,m at the stage were i need to get my skills assesment done.would this be quicker to do on my own?can i apply direct to the online skills assesment people? could i get my oz spark license over here and go get a job in oz, via a Australian company sponsership............... ????too many questions i know, somebody HELP PLEASE...................
