finally we've made a decision

..and that is we are not going to buy straight away in oz but rent for a while.

It's taken a great weight off of us because if we bought it would take all of our savings to pay the deposit and costs etc. ok so we're going to be out of the market and are taking the risk we may not get back in but at least we won't have the mortgage millstone from day 1 with nothing behind us.

now just need to find a rental with a pool
