Frustration with shippers

11 weeks today will be our first night in Perth. It seems such a long time to wait. I'm waiting for John Masons to ring me back as they are sending our shipment early so it will arrive a month before we do which I didn't think was allowed. I rang them on Monday and, as usual, the girl was in a meeting/at lunch/away from her desk and would ring me back before the next millilenium. Still waiting. She has my landline and mobile and no excuses. Funny how this happens as soon as they have your money.Still waiting. I rang again yesterday too but she was in a 10 minute meeting (?) Still waiting. We didn't even negotiate the price down when we should have done, feel really stupid about that so, for some reason, I expect better service. It's only a phone call, why is that so difficult to make ?!!
