Whelbourns in Canada

• Monday 14 January 2008 - Red Cross Parcel Arrives, snow closing in on all sides

Today our red cross parcel arrived packed with goodies  Thanks Mum.

.

Tango Lesson cancelled tonight because of Snow Storm. We are having a touch of Déjà vu  here. Dinner = Stew and Dumplings, lots of Snow (Click to Listen and get the feeling). The original forecast was for 10-15cm and by the time I got home it was about 15cm and snowing hard. It is now 11:39pm and still snowing so I think it will be closer to 25cm when all finished. I will have to keep a watch to see if anymore of Julie's recipes effect the weather. Gemma is praying for a snow day  (Dad thinks "Not a Chance"). Updated 7am the next day ... it is a snow day and Gemma didnt set her alarm!

.

Kat and Jules have already shovelled the drive once earlier today and tomorrow morning I will be dusting off the snow shovels and once more to the breech dear friends err I mean once more to the Drive dear family. I promise no more snowy photographs to make family in the UK jealous.

.

I feel a death march snow shoe expedition coming on this weekend!
