The temperature has dropped as they forecasted and it was about -20c today than add on (or take off) windchill and it feels like -29c. Now that does start to feel cold if you step out without some layers. ie more than just a coat on top of your normal daily clothes. Add a fleece or jumper and scarve, gloves, hat. I brought winter shoes that look like normal shoes but have some extra lining and a extra insulating layer in the sole too. No they are not platforms before you start about my height!

I came home around 5:15pm and had to take a photo for the blog to show how high the snow banks are now we have cleared the drive.  The house looked lovely and after the photo I chased around to get the lights turned off

Looks like a picture from a christmas card doesnt it. Notice the clear cold sky!

Perhaps tomorrow  I will load on another video clip similar to the previous so you can scan the whole scene to compare with the previous.
