The snow plough went past about 30 minutes ago and built a set of fortifications across the end of the drive that would have detered the German Army in WWII. (The snowplough pushes all the snow along the road and depending on how deep the snow on the road is depends how big and wide a wall it builds across the end of your lovely cleared drive)

Gemma and myself went into battle with only two shovels, two wooly hats, three scarves and two pair of gloves. It took us about 45 minutes of non-stop shovelling to clear the end of the drive.

 OMG DO I NEED A SNOW BLOWER!!!

Well one thing for all this shovelling it is helping me stick with my new years resolution to get fitter. Who needs a gym membership
