Ellie's school yard had to be closd down on Monday as one of the teachers spotted a snake in the mulch near the sand pit !!!!!!! The school's right next to the creek so I guess it's no surprise, I'm just glad the teacher's are so vigilant.
We've been busy getting our christmas cards ready this week and also started wrapping some of the girls pressies. Most of the cards are now off to the UK except for a few I need to post to Brightons.
I'm really looking forward to the weekend. Because a) we're putting up our tree and then letting the kidsstay up late to watch High School Musical 2 on Saturday night (should be fun). Also, I've arranged to call Katie and I'm missing her loads so I'm really excited about that.
Mike's out on a swimming lesson right now. It's at the same private pool the kids go to so I expect him to be pretty tired when he gets in lol. Actually he's just come after his session with the hitlers down at State Swim and tired is a huge understatement. lol.
I've had a lot of lovely messages this week from people who've read my blog and I just wanted to say thanks. The main purpose of the blog of to keep family and friends up to date with what we're doing but it's nice to know so many others are enjoying it too.
