When we were in the vets last month, they told us about their new kid's club which was about to begin.  Well, the first night was last Thursday (22nd) and we arrived at 6.30 along with around 22 other kids and their parents.  We were split into groups and given a tour of the animal hospital, got balloons modelled, faces painted, had a BBQ and made Christmas cards for a competion.  It was all great fun and Ellie even won a prize for best card so she was VERY happy.  The highlight of the evening was the animal zoo though.  Becca actually held a snake and Ellie and her both held a joey.  Mike also got a shot of holding one of the BIG snakes.  Not bad for a free night out eh?
