...in Edinburgh, I kid you not. There is was, high up in a tree trying to have a snooze .................then the zoo keeper prized it from it's branch to take it off somewhere
.
As you've no doubt guessed, the good weather continues so the girls and I took ourselves off to the zoo this afternoon for a picnic lunch and a wander now that we've got our new annual membership cards. It cost around the same price as 4 family trips to the zoo, so we figured it's well worth it. That's 2 trips done so we only need to go another 2 times before it's paid for itself. We'll only manage to use about 3 months of the pass so was thinking of trying to transfer it to my parents when we leave.
Edinburgh Zoo is a really nice zoo, just very hilly - so hard work when pushing a loaded buggy.
We even managed to see the penguin parade today which we always manage to miss when we're there.
Accomodation Booked
On a different note, we have now booked our on arrival accomodation in Melbourne, it's a 2 bed cottage in Wantirna which is a good base for checking out all the areas we think we'll want to settle in.
