Well what do you know, it's Christmas week and both girls have had a sickness bug which has meant they've missed playgroup and nursery at the beginning of the week as well as Ballet. Not to mention, I've not had any peace at all as a result. Just as well we were organised and I hadn't planned on using that time to finish Xmas shopping.

Both girls are fine again now and just in time for their Christmas parties and visits from Santa today. They both loved their parties and were high as kites ALL day.

Got everything crossed that neither Mike nor I get the bug but so far so good. We got the photos back today for the gifts for Christmas so they're now all wrapped up and ready. Mike's going to build Ellie's bike tonight and then we're good to go.

We're all super excited now. Just can't wait. Tomorrow Mike's got a half day, but in typical Resolution style, he won't get away til after 2 at the earliest. Still, it's earlier than usual so we're all thankful for that. Think I'll go to the gym tomorrow and give the girls a play in Space Bugs to pass the morning.
