Yesterday, we got an email from George to confirm that ACS have given us a positive skills assessment - fantastic news.

"All" we need to do now is get the actual visa ;-)))) The forms STILL haven't arrived with George but the post office tracking system says they've been handed to the Australian postal service for delivery. Hopefully tomorrow!

Once George checks the forms, he'll submit them for us and then the loonngggggg wait begins. We expect to have to wait up to 7 months for the visa to be granted (medicals and police checks included). Thankfully Christmas and the girls' birthdays are in between to help pass the time.

Thoroughly loaded with th cold today - feel sore and crap - yuck. Thankfully the girls are in nursery and playgroup this morning and this afternoon I'll take them to space bugs and then ballet so hopefully the day will pass quickly.

Picked up Ellie's bike and Rebecca's pram today to post on to santa lol. Also got Bethany's Christmas present so we're getting there.
