10lbs down - Been dieting for 3 weeks now and am really happy with how I'm doing. Got a long way to go, but I'll get there.

Whilst I was being good at home with my homemade parsnip crisps watching Casualty, Mike was out in Glasgow on Saturday with the guys for Andy Trotter's stag do. An amazing feat in itself, given that Andy nearly died not that long ago in a horrific bike crash. Thankfully, he's pulled through and it in excellent form. Sounds like they had a great night - curry at Ashoka in Ashton Lane Aaaahh, I've made Mike promise to take me there again before we go, it's just the best.

The girls both have colds, lovely green snotty noses and horrible coughs! Yuck. Still, we had better get used to it as it'll probably be like that til April now. Good old Scottish weather, at least it's reliable lol.
