Will the last Englishman out of the country turn the lights out please ?

Winter is nearly over !

God it was hot yesterday. Playing footy in 30 degrees got to me, and after my drunk ramblings in the last blog entry having celebrated pretty hard after scoring a blinder last week, normal service was resumed this week. Played ok, and we won, but was pretty disappointed to be honest. Could have done better, just did not have the energy.

We have 13 weeks to go now before Kai is here. K's bump is getting bigger every day. All is great on that front. Narf arrives from England on Thursday, which will be ace. It's only a flying visit, but expect a few pictures to come from that, no doubt.

The rental house we were in has a new family. Thank god, not our responsibility any more. I really had to fight to get our bond back. The agent was trying to knock us, if she had done her job properly she could have pulled us up on genuine issues and got money out of us, but that would have gone to the owners, not to her little cleaning enterprise. Anyway, in the end, she did us the massive 'favour' of releasing our bond. How incredibly f*ckin generous of her. Stupid cow.

Pool stuff is going real well. For those arriving at Xmas, there will indeed be a pool. There wont be much else, the deck and stuff wont be there, but we will be swimming. Building starts in 3 weeks.

Gotta go, we are looking after Mark's kids this weekend, Ollie and Henry. It's 08:00 and Henry has rugby now. Sunday morning 08:00 ! We never surfaced before 09:30 Sunday in the UK. It's already 17 degrees, heading for 24 degrees again today. Sh*t winters here.
