Happy New Year all ! We spent NYE at Bradleys Point, overlooking Sydney Harbour. Sandra was moved to text "wow wow wow" to the family on the quiet, trouble is she text me too, so now she has let slip she loves it here !

The fireworks were amazing. Here is a pic to show you all :



Its the second time I have seen them, but they are just so so beautiful. We got an excellent spot on the grass, and cracked a bottle of bubbly at midnight. There was 2 possoms in the tree above us, which was really nice to see. There was no trouble, no swearing, beautiful clear night. Just the sort of NYE you get in the UK, NOT . No traffic on the way in, or the way out either. Aus really knows how to put on a show.

We had lunch in Darling Harbour today. Fresh scampi, fried fish, it was so so good. I love it down there. Went past Pontoon Bar, where Robson and I spent many a night last time we were here. Did not pop in for a drink this time, but will do soon old son to honour our last trip here !

San and Jim are off to Brissie soon, so it will just be us and the dogs again. Off for a hot tub now, it wakes the dogs up as they like to sit next to it, and with the buggers getting us up at 05:30 every day, the longer we keep them awake, the better !
