Will the last Englishman out of the country turn the lights out please ?

Shit the bed Fred, SPIDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The myth that spiders are not that big over here, dont get in your shoes, etc etc, that I spun K to get her here, is shattered. Why ? As we were travelling down the Highway at 80kph, the car next door had a massive Huntsman crawling all over it trying to get in ! Check out the pic :



When they stopped at the lights, we took this pic, before it disappeared into the boot. We told the woman driving, who looked a little scared. She had already seen it on her window !

Next set of lights, K is still in convulsions, as I shout, "THERE IT IS !", and lunge at her. She screams the second loudest I have ever heard. Why second loudest ? As the loudest came 2 minutes later, when she thought she again felt the spider, and screamed twice, jumping out of her seat, almost causing me to have an accident. Seriously, I am not that worried by Spiders, but after the redback on the deck the other night, and now this, it does look pretty dodgy over here.

We're off to the city this afternoon to watch the fireworks. Weather is a little on the dodgy side, but the sight of the bridge and fireworks will be worth getting wet, even if it does rain a little . Fingers crossed.
