Well we had a couple view our house on Friday. We were told by EA that they are 1st time buyers with mortgage in place.
They came and man said he was brought up and played on our street as a child. Lady said her mum ran the local pub. They loved the house. He said he had a builder friend drive past to see about knocking down the garage and extending at the side.
They could see his parents, brother and friends house from our bedroom window and said it was just what they were looking for. They said they would be in touch.
Well its now monday and we have heard nothing. I thought EA may have phoned with an offer or some feedback but NOTHING. We are going to have to learn that we shouldnt build our hopes up too early.
Anyway back to work now and keep hoping we have more viewers and also a good offer on house. |
