Good news from the weekend... Joyceee decided we need a new bedding set .. Amazingly at this suggestion I got a terrible headache and had to lay down she was very sympathetic.. and of course I said ..But of course you must still go shopping ..I will be ok in a few hours .. Before she left it was decided and I agreed she would go for a nice bright single color set .. So of course we now have a charming pale blue/white/yellow with bleeding daisies liberally spread about .. great!!!! The man from Dell

Last week the cooling fan for the computer CPU stopped working .. on my 3.3 year old Dell I contacted Bhirma my Dell man in Calcutta or Bombay or wherever thru their messenger set up ..(very good no waiting) He arranged to have it replaced.. And yesterday the man turned up fitted a new fan and heat sink And the price .....no charge....
Another waste of time..

We did the the shopping trip for the new computer desk today.. What a waste of bleedin time ....everyone else must must miniature system none of them has enough room for my 32in monitor... But I did get a new ink stamp pad....

Its now been decided that I need a new computer desk..as the new chair makes the desk look bad ... shopping trip again tomorrow.... All I ever want is peace and quiet with my crappy desk and chair... Shoppng Time

So while I am having my late morning swim on saturday ..Joycee decided we need to go shoppingA dubious pleasure for me at the best of times...but apparently we need a new battery for the tractor mower and in her ultimate wisdom my office chair which is perfectly moulded to my body has to be replaced... I say to her get the details of the old battery ..yup she says got them ...We go down to Home Depot right I say give me the details as I scour the battery rack.....Its black with a label on the top she replies, my eyes go to the ceiling...and the size is ..I ask.. no idea she says... you must know surely she replies.... anyway.. praise be.. theres a catalog and manage to find our model ... Battery got .. Off to Staples chair hunting.........so as we walk in Joyce says ..I want you to find one your really comfortable in.... Can't I just keep my old one I reply .. I get the the scowl ... I find one exactly like my old one and say this is it ....Joyce in the meantime is testing everyone of the chairs they have..and there are lots... 10 minutes later ...she tell me.. try this one ...its OK I say not as good as my first choice though She then tell me how her choice has better lumbar support.. 5 minutes later we are walking out with her choice ..and I am told ..You made a good choice.. there.. Now you know why I hate shopping .... And we are off ...
