So, yesterday we got our new puppy, Cheeky.  She's a beautiful little thing.  I've enrolled for puppy obedience classes, so I can train her better.  Its so surreal having a dog!  I'm now one of those 'doggy' people!! I've wanted a dog all my life and now I have one!!

In terms of everything else, we can get into the house sooner, I'm meeting the real estate agent today to get the keys!  And I managed to find a cheaper furniture removal place, booked for Sunday!!  YAY!! Things are really changing for us.  Our current landlord is still being an arsehole though.  He's taken to sitting in his office all afternoon, playing loud music and getting drunk, shouting, etc.  He obviously wants to be awkward towards the end.  He's not completed his working order, so I can take him to court in a second.  We decided to get the dog sooner, because I don't see why we have to comply with the contract when he doesn't.  At this stage, all he can do is write a 10 day working order, and we'll be out by then anyway.  He's such a nasty piece of work.  We'll have to chalk this one up to experience.  I can't believe we went from our holiday rental in Coatesville, who took so much care in their property and really were just wonderful hosts, to this arsehole. 

At least we've found a new home, and its managed by a property company, so we shouldnt have any trouble, and hopefully, we'll stay there now until we build.
