Best way forwardPosted on Sunday 27 May 2012 at 08:27 - 0 Comments - LinkHaving recently divorced in Spain by agreement with what I considered to be a very favorable basis for my ex I have found that the implementation of the agreement is difficult to enforce as regards the requirement to demonstrate child costs etc , On advice of local lawyer stopped paying until previous receipts received and ex now winning legal battle Judge didn't seem to wish to read text of case, is the system serious? My lawyer is not convincing me, but I have no real alternative? There are cross border issues, e.g UK property that needs to be divided and Spanish lawyer isn't clear on process, do I need a Uk lawyer too? Etc |
