Getting everything out, tomorrow. - 31st October 2008

Well nearly everything

We still don't have the completion date but we are going to take the risk at hoping that the completion date is going to be 7th November.

Tomorrow we are going to be moving almost everything out apart from the computer (I don't want to part with it) and some other bare essentials.  The bed is going so we are going to be sleeping on an air bed until Friday, just like camping.  (He He He)

Why is it there is still so much crap when I thought I got rid of it all, when you start packing you look at things and think 'do I really want to take that half way across the world'

Neil's dad has a van so that's very handy, we don't have to hire one.  The last of the stuff will just be put in mine or Neil's car on Friday afternoon when we give the keys to our buyer and we know the money is in the bank.

We will be staying at Neils parents house until we have all the final arrangements sorted, some of you know already that I won't be on BE as much as I am now.  Neil has promised to sort our Internet connection at his parents because we do need to keep in contact with Canada, with regards to immigration consultant and Neils company.  We also need to show the in laws how to use the internet.

I will still be placing Blog entries so you need to keep your eye out if you are actually interested in the blog, not sure how many of you spy.

I'm not departing from BE, but after we leave England which I don't know when that will be just yet, I'm not so sure how often I will be able to get to a PC.  I'm not sure where the internet cafes were hiding in Edmonton, I was surprised I didn't see any at West Ed Mall but could be wrong.

We are not sure at the present time how soon we will be buying a house over there, we are looking for a good deal first after feeling we have lost out on our house in England.  So I could be off BE for a good three months, but lets hope not.

I will be keeping an old fashioned diary and making any important entries in there, and when I get back on line I will update you on everything.  The blog page is just going to be full of my entires and that is going to be a bit annoying for some other bloggers on BE but so what!

Well that's me going on, I have some packing to do!  Just looking at the horrible cheap Argos wardrobe in my spare room that I have been dying to dismantle and skip for ages and now I will get the chance to do it.

I'll post some pics of the disorder of the house to keep as a memento of moving tomorrow. Bye I need to get some work done.

I feel like screaming

Solicitor just called, apprently the buyer wants to exchange on the 10th November.  Well I wanted to complete on 7th so there!!!  Well I have to keep the buyer HAPPY don't I.  If we couldn't complete on the 10th it would have to be the 17th another bloody Monday.

I've phoned my in laws, mum and Neil about it, oh and the Estate Agents.  Our Estate Agent says that  once I get that competion date I can run around the estate shouting 'I've sold, I've Sold'  I had the 7th in my head and this weeked would have been my last in this house and I just don't dare organise flights with the company without the money sitting in our account.

I'm iching to get to Canada now and start our new lifes, I want to be slightly settled in our accomodation before Christmas.  Neil has said we could have Christmas on the slopes and I am so much looking forward to it I bet everything is booked up though.

Everyone is saying Keep the Buyer happy, you are nearly there.  It just seemed to be the last kick in the teeth.

Come on Cassie repeat 'You are nearly there, you are nearly there'.
