The Joys of House Hunting
I stopped looking at houses on mls.ca for a while which has now changed to realtor.ca. Firstly I must say how much they have improved the site, a big thumbs up from me.
Most of the houses I have seen and like unfortunatley don't come with garages. These people must have cars surley. I don't know if I am being stupid but I thought that if we left the car outside it would freeze over and not start in the morning.
I know that you can plug your cars in over there to keep them warm over night but just how many people do that I wonder. Is there really any need? Are the cars more hardy in Canada?
The other option is to have a garage built, I was just looking at some websites but of course there are no price lists which is fustrating to say the least.
The houses that I have been looking at come with parking pads which are round the back and they are all in an area I like, when we went to Edmonton our realtor took us round and I fell in love with a house but it got sold. I was a little upset about that I must say.
Please let the perfect house come on the market for us I'm begging....... please.
Strange Dreams...
Last night I had one of the worst nights sleeps since getting over my cold the other week. I must have woken up about four time in the night.
I was having really strange dreams one of the things I remember is the dogs tails dropping off, what in gods name does that mean. I might google it in a minute as it was quite disturbing.
Neil said he woke me up at one point and asked me if I was alright but I couldn't remember him doing that, apparently I was talking in my sleep! He couldn't make out what I was saying though.
Then a few minutes later I started laughing and I couldn't stop. I did wake up at this point, probally startled Neil but I have now idea what it was I was laughing at as I just can't remember that part of my dream.
How very odd, I'm going to search to see what my dream means, poor Harvey. |
