A week without viewings

I know it is only really a week since we ok'd the details for our house sale and we have had one viewing, but nothing since.

We are desparately hoping that we can sell in time to be able to actually land when we go out to Canada in April. I know there is still plently of time, but it still makes for a nailbiting period.
