The estate agent got back to us to say the couple really loved our house & garden but.......isn't there always a but! They have several cars and we only have a single garage and a driveway for one car. They wanted more parking space so they are not going to make an offer. We do have a another viewing next weekend, so we'll have to see what comes of that.

On another note, we have decided that we will probably get rid of our car now and lease a car for a few months. That way we can reduce our existing payments, get rid of the hasstle of having to sell the car at the same time as moving etc and lease one to keep us going for the remaining months. We will also have the flexibility of just being able to hand it back when we need to.

Just looking into the options at the moment and tomorrow we are taking our car to the Audi dealer to get it valued.
