Viewing went well

We had the estate agent round tonight with a couple interested in buying our house (hopefully). It seemed to go well, they were here half an hour and seemed to be making promising noises when they were walking round.

They chatted for another five minutes with the estate agent when they left. He is coming back to us tomorrow with feedback so we will have to see what happens.

I also phoned the garage to get a valuation on our car as we will have to get rid of that too. We are thinking of selling the car sooner rather than later then getting another car on a short term lease so that when we get the nod we haven't got to worry about the car etc. Got a good price from the garage so this looks promising too.

All we need is that envelope now.......
