Decision made - estate agent summoned

We made the decision today to employ the services of the estate agent that came round on Monday. He is coming back tomorrow to take photos and measure up etc.

Hopefully they will gt everything sorted in time to get it into next weeks local property paper.

I have also updated the internet sites that we have the house advertised on as the price the estate agent is putting it on for is higher than we had originally advertised it at.

Wait to see what happens
