Estate Agent visit

The estate agent came round today. My husband met him whilst I was at work and he thinks that we shouldn't have any problem selling our house for more money than we had anticipated and more than we have in on the internet currently. Their fee is also much lower than we had thought, so good news all round.

He is putting the details in writing and once we get that we will sign up with them. The fact that the details are in writing will also be good in case we need to show our funds to CHC. We already have our mortgage statements, so they will be able to see exactly how much equity we have available.
