Preparing for house sale

Well, my husband & I have decided to put our house on the market, in the hope that it will sell in this rather worryingly slow housing market.

We, or rather my hubby will be doing a bit of decorating to make sure the house is up to scratch. We will then try to sell it.

In an ideal world we will sell it within two or three months and then compete and be in a position to move (PR or no PR) in about 4-6 months. However, the reality might be very different, but at least we are making a start.
