The story of two people who emigrated from the UK to Ontario, Canada July 2006.

Great news from Spain

My aunt and uncle who live in Spain (emigrated a couple of years ago from UK) are finally coming over to Canada to visit us.

Their flights are booked for April, so we hope the weather will not be too bad as they don’t like the cold and positively hate the snow. If this year is anything to go by, they should be ok.

We booked the flights with Zoom using the discount code from Muchmor (MM2007ZA), which saved over £130 on the booking, excellent news.

We are really looking forward to seeing them as apart from speaking on the phone and seeing each other via webcams we haven’t actually seen them physically since October 2005 when we went to Spain for a long weekend.

It will be their first trip to North America and they want to visit Niagara Falls and stay there a couple of nights and if possible spend a couple of nights in New York. Obviously some of this relies on the weather as north New York state suffered from appalling snow storms in March/April this year.

My uncle has dreams of renting a Mustang and driving round – however I’m not sure they will be able to afford that unless one of us wins the lottery between now and then!
