 Last day at workYesterday was my last day at work in the UK.I had been presented with my leaving pressy the day before as any of the staff, including all the directors were out of the office Friday. I received a lovely card signed by everyone and a really nice pen and pencil set. They come in really nice boxes and I will be able to take them to Canada with me and be reminded of my work colleagues. Yesterday I went into work as usual and only four of us were in the office. I did a few last minute bits and pieces. Use the company photocopier to copy lots of our paperwork for Canada and then just before lunchtime, left for good. Although I will miss some (yes only some) of my friends, all in all I was not in the least bit sad to leave. Only two weeks to go now before leaving the UK for good.
