Second viewing goes well

Today we had a couple round for a second viewing of the house. The original appointment was for 10.30am, but at 10am we got a call saying that they had another house to view and would be round at 11.45 instead.

We thought this was a bad omen, but when they came the man was very positive and seemed to gush with enthusiasm for the house. His wife was hard to read, but he was obviously trying to sell the house to her. He was even going round the house saying he was going to change this and do that, so very good vibes.

Just have to wait and see if it results in an offer
