Our Travels Across Canada! - Bloody Horsham House.....

We moved to Kelowna BC and it did not like us - or perhaps we did not like it - so we are travelling across Canada with all our stuff packed up in a cargo trailer trying to find somewhere new to live. :)

Bloody Horsham House.....

We own a house in Horsham, West Sussex, which we currently rent out.

The bloody place is driving me mad - it is costing us an arm and a leg as things keep going wrong on it. I want to sell the place but we have tried twice, once we were massively overpriced and the second time it went on when all the house prices started dropping.

I have no idea what to do about it or how to get rid of it before it bleeds us completely dry. Any ideas?

Going camping this weekend to Annapolis Royal so at least that should be fun :)

Are you getting market rent? Do you increase it?

Also, the problems that keep going wrong - are they the house or the tenants? Having a good management of it should stop all these unnesscary expenses. I don't think you'll be able to get rid of it without taking a huge loss will you? Anyway, just wanted to throw my two cents/pence your way! Good luck with it!
