Well we have a new addition to our family, a 6 month old blue heeler who we have decided to call Molly. She`s a  really sweet wee girl, very calm and well mannered,we got her from the pound (she`d been picked up and no-one claimed her, though I think she may have been poorly treated as she cowered a bit to begin with). Im not sure if she is fully house trained yet (no doubt we will soon find out) she is pretty quick on the uptake so I don`t think we will have too many problems training her. The house feels better now we have a dog, we all really missed our old boxer Eric, who we had to leave behind in the UK as the vet did not think he would take the stress of the journey & heat of Oz  (he went to friends who totally spoil him and treat him as their baby).  H started school this week and totally loves it, she goes in with a smile that she is still wearing when we pick her up in the afternoon. She really needed the contact with other kids though as there does not appear to be any in our street and she was getting bored.

Hubby has his practical exam for his electrical license next week, so fingers crossed he does alright.
